Actor Sylvester Stallone is the latest Hollywood star to be accused of sexual assault. A female victim filed a police report in Santa Monica, claiming the actor assaulted in her the 90’s. The case has been forwarded for filing consideration. A spokesperson for the actor completely denies these claims.

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story—no one was ever aware of this story until it was published. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter,” Michelle Bega tells PEOPLE.

Stallone was also accused of forcing a 16 year old girl to have sex with him and his body guard back in 1986, in Las Vegas. Stallone, allegedly ‘intimidated’ the woman into have sex with him and encouraged his body guard to join in, at which point the guard forced her to have oral and vaginal intercourse. This allegation surfaced last year.
