According to TMZ, a party promoter is dangerously close to suing Brooklyn rapper, Foxy Brown, who was supposed to perform at a LaQuan Smith’s NYFW party but showed up super late, around 2:30am, when there were hardly an guests left. Sources say she grabbed a $5K check out of the party organizer’s hand and dipped without performing at all. TMZ reported Foxy stood to make $10K from her show. $5k upfront, and the balance at the event.

Sources say that the event organizers are threatening to sue Foxy unless she returns the cash.
