TMZ caught up with OJ Simpson, who knows a thing or two about jail time—and asked him about his toughts on Bill Cosby’s 3-10 year sentencing. OJ believes they should give Bill house arrest, due to his age. He also says that due to the nature of his crime he’ll be a target in prison.
