Mel B, more famously known, as ‘Scary Spice’ is heading into rehab. Mel, 43, told The Sun that she is “fully aware I have been at a crisis point.” She went on to say, “No one knows myself better than I do, but I am dealing with it. I have made the decision to go into a proper therapy program in the next few weeks, but it has to be in the UK because I am very, very British and I know that will work best for me.”

According to sources, the singer is suffering from PTSD, alcohol and sex addiction. Mel is reportedly ‘sex crazed’, sleeping with up to three men a day. Despite these rumors, a close friend of Mel’s tell’s PEOPLE that the singer is doing just fine.

“Yes, she has some issues she’s working on, but it’s emotional issues stemming from everything she’s been through with her divorce. It’s not drugs or sex addiction at all,” Gary Madatyan said.
