Meek Mill and his legal team are fighting for his freedom. On Monday, the rapper addressed a crowd before his hearing to present evidence to Judge Genece Brinkley that would allow him to have a new trial due to the involvement of his arresting officer in a police corruption scandal. Meek thanked the supporters and said he plans to continue to fight for inmates who have been wrongly convicted. Ultimately, however, judge Brinkley did not make a ruling on Monday on whether or not Meek should have a new trial. Watch Meek’s messages below:
