Tristan Thompson and his girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian seem to be taking things one day at a time since the birth of their daughter and not to mention those scandalous cheating incidents that happened a little while back, when Tristan was caught hanging out with a few NBA groupies. The couple has since moved past those embarrassing moments, mainly because Tristan blamed cheating with groupies on unspoken NBA rules. Regardless, Tristan and Khloe were spotted out in West Hollywood recently and Khloe seemed to be rocking a pretty large diamond ring on her left hand.  This may or may not be an engagement ring, as this isn’t the first time Khloe has rocked a diamond on that finger before.  Take a look for yourself here.
