Kevin Spacey’s character on ‘House of Cards’ has been buried. In the trailer for the new season, viewers get a first look at Frank Underwood’s tomb stone.

Netflix canned Spacey last November after he was accused of sexual misconduct by several crew members not to mention other allegations of sexual misconduct that surfaced around that time.
