Justin Bieber popped the question to his girlfriend Hailey Baldwin and the two are ready to get hitched. But Justin has some unfinished business of his own—a tattoo of his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez on his arm.

“This is my ex-girlfriend. So, I tried to cut her face up with some shading, but people still know,” Biebs told GQ mag back in February 2016.

lena and Justin have been notoriously known for being in an on again, off again love affair, but it looks like this time, things are staying off. Check out Justin’s engagement announcement message to Hailey below:
