Joe Budden, always the outspoken media personality, mentioned on his podcast that he believes, rapper, Nicki Minaj is on drugs. It seems that based on Nicki’s recent aggressive public responses to fans and others online, Joe feels Nicki may be spiraling out of control.

“Let’s all try to guess the drugs that Nicki Minaj is on—-Somebody should watch her usage. Nicki Minaj is 100% on something.”
