Jill Scott and her estranged husband, Michael Dobson split up in 2017. Jill filed for divorce claiming it would be unsafe for her to stay in her relationship and she also got a restraining order. Almost two years later, the couple is still going through the motions and it’s getting a little messy, and weird.

According to TMZ, Dobson filed legal documents claiming Scott changed the locks to their home making it impossible to get his copy of Prince’s ‘Purple Rain’ album back, among other things like a massage table, hotel robes, and a shoehorn.

Scott and Dobson got married in 2016 and were together for about 18 months. They have no children together.
