According to TMZ, Jamie Foxx is in the clear when it comes to facing any charges for allegedly slapping a women in the face with his private parts, due to the fact that the statute of limitations has run out.

A while back, a woman claimed Jamie tried to get her to perform oral sex on him and when she declined, he struck her in the face with his penis.  This allegedly took place at Jamie’s house, 16 years ago, but since the statute of limitation is 3 years, Jamie will not be facing any charges.

Of course, Jamie Foxx has since denied these allegations.
