A woman accused actor, Jamie Foxx of sexually assaulting her in 2002. She recently went in to the Las Vegas Police Department and filed a report. The LVPD says the incident is being investigated. Despite allegations, Jamie and his legal team insist the woman’s story is ‘bogus’. The accuser claims Jamie struck her in the face with his penis and after leaving Las Vegas and returning home to LA she had to be treated for a severe panic attack, according to TMZ.

“Jamie Foxx emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him–the first time Mr. Foxx became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred sixteen years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives today about this story,” Jamie’s lawyer told PEOPLE.

Jamie’s lawyer claims the woman hadn’t reported the incident at any point in the last 16 years, because it never happened.
