Look Ma, Ima covergirl  It’s my birthday month and I always dreamed of being on a cover of a magazine, but never thought I was good enough because I didn’t see enough images of women that represented me on the cover of magazines. Well, in the last year that’s changed, and the image of what society considers “beautiful” is being challenged! Thank you Ebe magazine (evolving beauty and elegance) for  featuring me as the covergirl for the relaunch of this amazing publication. You gave this insecure little black girl the courage to speak her truth and love the image she represents to the Publisher of EBE, Marylin Bell you are  absolutely right, my spirit can not be broken. I am a part of a new team, and the publication also features these exceptional people Operations Manager For Radio One Philadelphia, Karen Vaughn, one of the reasons why I am in philly (thank you for believing in me) Ms. Dyana Williams legendary talent and Brand Developer (thank you for sharing your infinite knowledge with me and being my dance partner)  and lastly Quincy Harris  (it’s an honor an a pleasure to work side by side with you every morning and we have a chance to create greatness!
