Director, Lee Daniels says he’s the reason behind Cardi B’s massive success. Daniels told TMZ that Cardi has been his fave rapper since she auditioned for him and his show ‘Star’ 3 years ago. He said that after seeing Cardi on his IG page Mona Scott Young hired her for Love and Hip Hop—which was Cardi’s first big break.
