A young woman was harassed by an older white man for wearing a Puerto Rican flag shirt. The woman recorded the incident and in the video you can hear the man saying that Puerto Rico isn’t a part of the United States.  The woman was renting a picnic area and requested help from a nearby police officer who did not come to her aid to stop the man from harassing her.
