The Jackson 5’s first professional record contract, complete with their father, Joe Jackson’s signature, their then manager, will be up for sale at Arlan Ettinger’s Guernsey’s Auction House as a part of their African American Historic & Cultural Treasures on July 25. The collection includes original sheet music written by Marvin Gaye, the Temptations and the Isley Brothers, as well as a letter written by Rosa Parks where she recollects meeting Martin Luther King Jr. for the first time.
