Tamar Braxton’s divorce from Vince Herbert still isn’t final. Braxton served Vince with divorce papers back in September and he was given 30 days to respond to the court, but failed to do so. She’s now asked the judge to proceed without him. The judge can split everything down the middle and determine child support amount without Vince present.
