Rihanna Catches A Case Over Clothing Line Logo

Rihanna and Puma are being sued for Rih’ use of her Fenty University, ‘F.U.’ logo.

Freedom United Clothing claims in a lawsuit that they own the ‘FU’ trademark and have used it since 2006. According to TMZ, who has obtained the lawsuit, Freedom United claims Rih was aware they owned the trademark as she’s worn their products before and that her ex boyfriend, Chris Brown attended their launch party in 2007.

Prior to this lawsuit, Freedom United sent Puma a cease and desist letter. They are suing Puma for damages and requesting any further sales be prohibited.
