Dennis Hof, owner of the Love Ranch in Crystal, Nevada passed away on October 16, but that didn’t stop him from being elected to the Nevada State Assembly this past mid term election. There were signs around the polls letting voters know that Hoff has passed but that didn’t stop them from voting in his favor and electing him by a landslide over his democratic opponent Lesia Romanov.
Because a dead man won the election, the seat is still considered vacant and will be filled by the county commissioners, who will select a fellow Republican who resides in the district to serve Dennis’ 2-year term. (TMZ)
