Angela Simmons’ son’s father, Sutton Tennyson, was shot and kill in the driveway of his home in what authorities originally suspected was the result of a home invasions/robbery. As the story has developed, TMZ, has learned that it was not a robbery, after all. Instead, Tennyson was having a conversation with a man in the driveway and the conversation escalated leaving him dead by several gun shot wounds. According to TMZ, Angela will get sole custody of their son.
